**Offline/BTL Marketing**

**YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Formulate, direct, and coordinate marketing campaigns to promote our mobile app and services. Ensure quality users are acquired and engaged through the campaigns
- Responsible to set up the processes for monitoring the marketing campaigns and associates/vendors/VLEs on a day-to-day basis and provide them with direction and guidance
- Plan the regional BTL activation along with the team and ensure implementation across the zones
- Ensure onboarding of vendors/partners and handle the entire operational activity as per the project requirement
- You will also work hand-in-hand with our various internal operations, product, finance, and back-end support teams
- Evaluate the financial aspects of marketing activities, expenditures or return-on-investments
- Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategies, based on objectives and market characteristics
- Generate and compile reports of the team w.r.t. lead generation, install conversions, etc through it, with the higher management on a weekly basis
- Build strong consumer relationships, collect product and brand feedback and proactively address all consumer needs

**WHO ARE YOU**:

- Knowledge of business and management principles should be equipped in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources handling, leadership techniques, and coordination of people
- He/she should be able to plan and implement, analyze, communicate, train & mentor the subordinates
- Ability to think creatively and support decisions analytically
- Stronghold on the knowledge of excel and CRM tools
- Excellent communication skills, an outgoing and enthusiastic personality
- Strong work ethic and discipline
- Having agriculture background will be an added advantage
