Job Description: Trade Marketing - BTL

Company : A leading manufacturer of Consumer Durables

Location: Thane, Hyderabad, Chennai

Work Schedule: 6 Days, Work from Office

Key Responsibilities:
1. Trade Marketing Strategy o Develop and implement BTL marketing initiatives tailored to specific regions to enhance product visibility and sales. o Collaborate with sales teams to design trade campaigns aligned with business goals.

2. Vendor Management o Identify, onboard, and manage external vendors to ensure timely and quality execution of BTL activities. o Negotiate contracts, monitor performance, and ensure cost-effectiveness in all vendor-related engagements.

3. Market Analysis and Competition Benchmarking o Conduct thorough market research to understand customer preferences, competitor activities, and market trends. o Use data insights to benchmark against competitors and recommend strategies to stay ahead.

4. Campaign Execution o Plan and execute promotional events, product activations, and other BTL activities to engage target audiences. o Monitor campaign performance and provide detailed post-event analysis with actionable insights.

5. Stakeholder Management o Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, and key stakeholders to ensure seamless campaign execution. o Act as a liaison between sales, marketing, and third-party vendors.

6. Budget Management o Oversee budget allocations for BTL activities and ensure cost efficiency without compromising quality.

Key Skills and Qualifications**:Proven experience in trade marketing and BTL activities.** Strong expertise in vendor management and negotiating with third-party providers. **Ability to conduct market analysis, understand consumer behavior, and benchmark against competitors.** Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams. **Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.** Effective communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications**:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.** 3+ years of experience in trade marketing or a similar role. **Experience in FMCG, FMCD, Retail, or Consumer Goods sectors is a plus**

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,600,000.00 per year
