Urgently hiring as a Marketing Manager in Real Estate Company at Thane( Upvan ) Location
Details Are:
Role : Marketing Manager

Experience:5+

Salary Budget: 12 LPA to 15LPA

Mand Exp: Real Estate only

Notice Period: 0 to 30 Days

**Responsibilities**:
Strategy development and planning of campaigns that can promote the business and

generate genuine traffic **(both offline and online)**
- Developing and implementing strategic marketing plans and forecasts to achieve

corporate objectives
- Achieving full occupancy of Project Inventory by implementing

advertising campaigns and related strategies for optimum sale
- Promoting property through marketing initiatives, and maintaining social media

presence at property level and corporate level
- On site installations of acrylic logos, flex, banners, frames and other production for

completing site experience
- Closely working on CRM software built around the project (Farvision ERP)
- To evaluate the brand communication mix for ATL/BTL promotional activities in line

with product strategy
- To effectively track all executions of plans and ensure that they are carried out as

per brand expectations and confirm to set deadlines
- To work closely with the Agencies on the copy/ content and creatives for

advertisement and promotional campaigns
- To formulate media plans and related bookings. Timely co-ordination for press

releases. Record maintenance and documentation work
- Participation and execution of events and exhibition
- Managing complete store experience and marketing collaterals for their retail

division in Mumbai named Pramanik Stores
