**ob Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Understand customer requirements and present appropriate solutions
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, or CRM systems
- Maintain and update customer database (CRM) with accurate details
- Schedule meetings or demos for the senior sales or business development team
- Handle inbound queries and convert warm leads into sales opportunities
- Work closely with marketing and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs
- Prepare and share daily/weekly reports on sales activity

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and CRM software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Prior experience in telesales, customer service, or business development is a plus

**Preferred Skills**:

- Fluency in English and local language(s)
- Time management and organizational skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Quick learner and adaptable to change

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Night shift
