As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth for our company. You will be responsible for proactively reaching out to potential customers, building relationships, and closing deals. Your ability to effectively communicate our services and benefits will be key to your success in this position.

**Responsibilities**:

- Proactively reach out to potential customers to generate new business leads
- Identify customer needs and match them with our products and services
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Conduct product demonstrations and present the benefits of our solutions to potential customers
- Collaborate with the sales team to establish sales strategies and meet sales targets
- Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage leads, and report on sales performance
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
