_**Responsibilities**:_
- New Customer Acquisition_
- Convert leads generated through various marketing channels._
- Develop short-term and long-term sales plans to achieve assigned goals._
- Consistently meet revenue targets aligned with team and organizational objectives._
- Proactively identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities with existing customers._
- Leverage the existing customer base to generate references and expand the sales pipeline._
- **Requirements**_:_
- Graduation is mandatory._
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in _**English and Hindi **_._
- Previous experience in B2C sales and inside sales._
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and achieve targets._
- Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer relationships._
- Immediate joiners preferred._
- As a Senior Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving new customer acquisition, customer relationship management, operations, and reporting for our Online Higher Education vertical. Your primary goal will be to meet assigned sales targets, build strong customer relationships, and contribute to the growth of the organization._

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
