**Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Development**:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive sales growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- **Market Research**:

- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Identify target audiences and develop strategies to reach them effectively.
- **Marketing Strategy**:

- Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote products or services.
- Collaborate with the team to create advertising materials, brochures, and promotional content.
- **Client Management**:

- Respond to customer inquiries, negotiate deals, and close sales effectively.
- Provide excellent post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- **Event Planning**:

- Coordinate and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events.
- Represent the company professionally in various networking opportunities.
- **Reporting and Analytics**:

- Track sales performance and provide regular reports to management.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience in sales and marketing (1-3 years preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques is an advantage.
