
Female Customer/student Support Executive

Job Brief:
Job Brief:As a Student Service Executive, you will play a pivotal role in supporting students throughout their academic journey. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that students have access to the resources, guidance, and assistance they need to thrive both academically and personally. You will serve as the main point of contact for students and work closely with various departments to ensure a seamless educational experience.
**Responsibilities**:
1. Student Onboarding: making welcome call on phone/video call to the student and with its parents after registration. Providing hand holding support through admission process, explaining fee plans and referring to the accounts department for smooth fee payment or education loans, rapport and relationship building with students.
2. Student Assistance: to add the student into online whatsapp group, assist students in choosing the right campus, fee payment, understanding academic requirements, finding hostel stays, commute ways, passes, etc.
3. Student Engagement: ensure student engagement and participation in online and offline classes.
4. Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from students about their counselling, registration and admission experiences and use this input to continually improve the quality of student services.
Skills Required:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Strong interpersonal and (English+Hindi) communication skills.
- Empathy and the ability to provide support to students facing academic challenges.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Familiarity with education software and student information systems is a plus.
