various online/offline courses for preparation of competitive exams like GATE, ESE, PSU’s
etc.
**Responsibilities**
- To receive inbound calls and counseling engineer aspirants.
- To do outbound calls as per the leads received from support teams
- To counsel prospective students on telephone/IVRs/Online.
- To escalate the prospects/queries, if required on time
- To manage front office desk by resolving student’s face to face queries, if
required.
**Competencies**
- Command on verbal/Written English communication skills
- Telephone handling skills - Voice/Tone/Pitch/Timely Information
- Persuasive skills, Multitasker
- Adaptable, flexible and fast learner
- Self-motivated, High Integrity, Independent & Outside the BOX thinker
**Educational Qualifications**
- Graduate/Post Graduate
**Experience**
- 0 - 3 years of experience in Tele-Counselling
- Preference to experience in IT / Education (EdTech) industry
**Location**: Hauz Khas - New Delhi
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
