**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Digital Marketing Strategy**:

- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to the company website.
- Track conversion rates and make improvements to the website.
- **Content Creation and Management**:

- Create engaging and relevant content for the company's online presence, including social media, blogs, and websites.
- Manage and update the company’s social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and additional channels that may be deemed relevant.
- **SEO and SEM**:

- Perform keyword research and optimize content for search engines (SEO).
- Manage pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, analyze data to gain insights and improve strategies.
- **Analytics and Reporting**:

- Use web analytics tools to track and measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Provide regular reports on campaign performance, including key metrics such as traffic, conversions, and ROI.
- Analyze data to identify trends and insights, and adjust strategies as necessary.
- **Collaboration and Coordination**:

- Work with the internal team to design and develop digital media campaigns aligned with business goals.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure digital marketing campaigns support sales efforts.
- Liaise with external agencies and vendors to execute campaigns when needed.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience in digital marketing, including experience in developing and executing digital campaigns.
- Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot, Mailchimp).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinker with strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
