Employment Type: Full Time

Working days: 5 Days (Mon-Fri)

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation**: Identify and connect with potential clients on LinkedIn through targeted searches, filters, and outreach strategies.
- **Outreach Campaigns**: Plan and execute personalized outreach campaigns (InMail, connection requests, follow-ups).
- **Data Handling**: Collect, organize, and maintain accurate lead data in CRM systems(e.g. GoHighlevel, ClientTether).
- **Content Coordination**: Collaborate with the marketing team to create or share relevant content aimed at engagement and relationship building.
- **Reporting**: Provide weekly and monthly reports on lead generation activities, successes, and areas for improvement.
- **Networking**: Build and nurture long-term relationships with potential leads through regular follow-ups.

You will be provided 10-15 LinkedIn accounts and need to maintain the process. Your major work will revolve around LinkedIn and how to sell on LinkedIn.

**Qualifications**:

- Familiarity with LinkedIn(professional networking platform), LinkedIn tools like Sales Navigator and other lead generation tools.
- Basic understanding about CRM tools (e.g., GoHighlevel, ClientTether).
- Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and reporting.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Engaging and communicating in a friendly work environment.
- Proven experience in LinkedIn lead generation or similar role is always a plus but not mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing or having a digital marketing background is a plus as well.

- Data entry and management skills
- Communication and follow-up skills
- Analytical mindset for performance tracking
- Content-sharing familiarity (e.g., LinkedIn posts)
- Written Communication in English.
