Job Purpose
- We’re looking for a passionate Visual Designer to join our internal communications team. You will contribute to visual storytelling and communication through engaging design across digital, print, and motion. This is an opportunity to bring brand stories to life through creativity, craft, and collaboration.

**Job Description**:

- **Visual Design Expertise**:

- Create stunning, cohesive visual designs for campaigns, presentations, products, and marketing materials that align with brand goals and resonate with target audiences.
- **Corporate Communication Design**:

- Design executive-level presentations, annual reports, internal communication materials, and other content that demands clarity, professionalism, and brand alignment.
- **Motion Graphics & Video Editing**:

- Conceptualize and produce engaging animations, explainer videos, and motion graphics. Edit video content for various platforms while ensuring storytelling and brand voice are consistent.
- **Print Collateral Design**:

- Develop brochures, flyers, posters, event branding, and other physical assets with deep knowledge of print processes and finishes, ensuring production-ready files.
- **Digital Design**:

- Create visually consistent and user-friendly digital assets such as banners, newsletters, website components, and UI elements, optimized for various platforms.
- **Social Media Design & Optimization**:

- Design platform-specific creatives, keeping up to date with sizing, aspect ratios, and best practices for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.
- **Mentorship**:

- Coach and mentor junior designers, providing constructive feedback and supporting their growth within the team and the design community.

Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communication Design, or related field.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and Figma.
- Experience with motion and editing tools like After Effects and Premiere Pro.
