**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop creative interior design concepts and space planning.
- Create high-quality **3D visualizations, renderings, and walkthroughs**.
- Prepare **2D drawings, layouts, and working drawings**.
- Collaborate with clients and project teams to meet design requirements.
- Select materials, finishes, furniture, and color schemes as per design needs.
- Ensure designs are practical, functional, and align with project budgets.
- Stay updated with latest design trends, software, and materials.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in **Interior Design, Architecture, or related field**.
- Proven experience as an **Interior Designer & 3D Visualizer** (minimum [X] years).
- Proficiency in **AutoCAD (2D), 3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, Lumion, Photoshop, or similar tools**.
- Strong knowledge of **2D drafting and 3D modeling/visualization**.
- Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and visualization skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
