Job Title: Interior Designer

Overview:
As an Interior Designer at our architecture firm, you will be responsible for collaborating with architects, clients, and other stakeholders to conceptualize, design, and execute interior spaces that meet both aesthetic and functional requirements. Your role will involve transforming client needs and architectural plans into visually appealing, practical, and harmonious interior environments.

Key Responsibilities:
1. **Conceptualization and Design**: Collaborate with architects and clients to develop innovative interior design concepts that align with project goals, budget, and timeline. Translate conceptual ideas into detailed design plans, mood boards, and presentations.

2. **Space Planning**: Utilize your expertise in spatial layout and functionality to optimize interior spaces for efficiency, flow, and user experience. Develop floor plans, furniture layouts, and circulation diagrams that maximize usability and comfort.

3. **Material Selection and Specification**: Select appropriate materials, finishes, furnishings, and accessories that enhance the aesthetic appeal and functionality of interior spaces. Consider factors such as durability, sustainability, and maintenance requirements.

4. **Color Coordination and Lighting Design**: Coordinate color schemes, textures, and lighting solutions to create visually cohesive and inviting environments. Design lighting layouts that enhance the ambiance, highlight architectural features, and support various activities.

5. **Furniture and Fixture Procurement**: Source, specify, and procure furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) in accordance with project requirements, budget constraints, and design specifications. Liaise with vendors, manufacturers, and contractors to ensure timely delivery and installation.

6. **Client Communication and Presentation**: Maintain clear and effective communication with clients throughout the design process. Present design concepts, proposals, and progress updates in a professional manner, addressing client feedback and concerns with creativity and diplomacy.

Qualifications:

- Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- Proven experience in interior design, preferably within an architecture firm or design consultancy.
- Proficiency in design softwares.
- Strong knowledge of interior design principles, building codes, and construction techniques.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet tight deadlines.

Pay: ₹10,440.88 - ₹31,789.23 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:
