**Job Role & Responsibilities**:

- Create detailed 3D visualizations for **residential, commercial, and infrastructure** projects.
- Develop **photo-realistic renders, animations, and walkthroughs** based on client input and construction documentation.
- Translate **2D AutoCAD drawings** into accurate and compelling 3D models.
- Collaborate with **civil engineers, architects, and other stakeholders** to ensure visual alignment with the design intent.
- Work on **concept presentations, proposal visuals, and marketing materials** for internal and external use.
- Revise and enhance visuals based on **project updates and feedback loops**.
- Contribute to **BIM workflows** by supporting visual outputs and 3D coordination models.

**Qualifications**:

- **Educational Background**:
ITI / Diploma / B.Tech in **Civil Engineering** or **Architecture**
- **Software Proficiency**:

- AutoCAD
- SketchUp
- 3ds Max (with V-Ray)
- Lumion
- Enscape
- BIM (Building Information Modeling tools

**Other Competencies**:

- Strong understanding of **architectural and construction drawings**:

- Ability to manage **multiple projects under tight deadlines**:

- Excellent **attention to detail** and visual communication skills

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:
