Job Description: 3D Visualizer

Position: 3D Visualizer

Location: Livspace Kochi

Experience: 1-3 years

Software Skills: 3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray

Key Responsibilities:
1. 3D Modeling and Rendering:

- Create high-quality 3D visualizations and realistic renders for residential and commercial projects.
- Use *3ds Max, SketchUp, and V-Ray* to produce detailed and photorealistic 3D images.

2. Project Execution:

- Develop complete 3D designs for full-house projects within the given timeline, typically one week.
- Ensure deliverables meet client expectations in terms of quality and detail.

3. Collaboration:

- Work closely with the design team to interpret and translate 2D drawings, CAD files, and design briefs into 3D visuals.
- Incorporate client feedback to refine and finalize designs.

4. Time Management:

- Adhere to project deadlines and deliver high-quality outputs on time.
- Efficiently manage multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality.

5. Innovation:

- Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and techniques in 3D visualization and rendering.
- Suggest creative ideas to enhance design presentations.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Proficiency in 3ds Max, SketchUp, and V-Ray.
- Strong portfolio showcasing realistic 3D renders of architectural and interior projects.
- Attention to detail, creativity, and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines without compromising quality.
- Good communication skills for client and team interactions.

Preferred:

- Prior experience in 3D visualization for interior and architectural projects.
- Knowledge of additional design tools like Photoshop or Lumion is a plus.
