We are seeking a talented and creative 3D Visualizer to join our team. As a 3D Visualizer, you will be responsible for transforming architectural designs and concepts into visually stunning and realistic 3D renderings.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create visually appealing and accurate 3D renderings and videos of architectural designs, interiors, and other project elements using industry-standard software (e.g., 3ds Max, V-Ray, SketchUp, or similar tools).
- Interpret and understand design concepts, technical drawings, and specifications to accurately represent the intended vision.
- Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and project managers to understand project requirements and deadlines.
- Develop and refine materials, textures, lighting, and other visual elements to enhance the realism and aesthetic appeal of 3D renderings.
- Maintain a strong attention to detail and consistently deliver high-quality, visually stunning work.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project schedules.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Architecture, Interior Design, Computer Graphics, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a 3D Visualizer or a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your previous work.
- Proficiency in using industry-standard 3D visualization software such as 3ds Max, V-Ray, SketchUp, or similar tools.
- Strong artistic and design sensibilities, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of post-production software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop) for image editing and enhancements is a plus.
