**Position: Operation -**Executive

**Job Location**:Banashankari, Bangalore

**Requirements**:
Excellent English Communication

Basic Computer Skill (Excel, Typing)

**Job purpose**:To interact with client on a regular basis and to ensure that delivery standards are met as per requirement

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Documentation and Securing records from current customers.
- To understand client requirements and work on in house portal.
- Maintain MIS
- Good knowledge of MS Office; Communication in English
- Maintain and develop existing and new customers through planned individual account support and liaison with internal processing staff.
- Conduct active and passive research and approach different entities for verification.
- Conduct employment verification either through calls or online.
- Ensure that the internal/external quality targets are met.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹17,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month

- Bangalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
