As an Operations Executive, you will work closely with internal departments and external vendors to ensure smooth execution of business processes and support the company’s overall operational goals. Key Responsibilities: ● Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing day-to-day operational activities to ensure efficiency and compliance. ● Collaborate with internal teams such as Finance, HR, Procurement, and Sales to support cross-functional operations.● Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), identify bottlenecks, and suggest process improvements. ● Prepare reports, dashboards, and documentation related to operations performance and project updates.● Support vendor management, procurement processes, and inventory control where applicable. ● Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. ● Assist in implementing new systems, tools, or workflows to streamline operations. ● Provide support in planning and executing company-wide initiatives and events. Candidate Requirements ● Immediate joiner preferred. ● Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, or a related field. ● 1–2 years of experience in an operations or administrative role; experience in a fast-growing company is a plus. ● Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. ● Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. ● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or operations software (e.g., ERP, CRM tools). ● Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively under pressure. ● Detail-oriented, with a proactive and collaborative mindset. ● Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management. ● Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
