From interactive installations to experiential marketing campaigns, we create immersive experiences that captivate, educate, and inspire — amplifying brand visibility and impact.Join us, and together, let’s create magicJob Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic Event & Advertising Operations Executive to support the planning, execution, and post-event processes of various campaigns, events, and brand activations.The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing on-ground activations, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring seamless execution of projects within timelines and budgets.Key Responsibilities Coordinate and execute end-to-end event operations , including pre-event planning, on-site execution, and post-event wrap-up.Liaise with vendors, venues, production teams , and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of event components.Ensure brand guidelines and quality standards are maintained across all on-ground activations and promotional campaigns.Support the creation of event/project timelines, checklists, and detailed operational plans.Oversee logistics such as permits, material transportation, staffing, and technical setup.Manage budgets , monitor expenses, and provide cost-saving recommendations without compromising quality.Track KPIs and assist in preparing post-event reports and client presentations.Handle on-ground troubleshooting to ensure a smooth client and consumer experience.Stay updated on industry trends, vendor networks, and best practices to enhance operational efficiency.Key Requirements 2–4 years of experience in event operations , BTL advertising , or experiential marketing .Proven track record in managing corporate events, mall activations, product launches, exhibitions, or brand campaigns.Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written).Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).Willingness to travel and work flexible hours , including weekends, when required.Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field preferred.Nice to Have Familiarity with digital amplification of physical events.Basic knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) is a plus.
