Roles and Responsibilities
- Managing customer life cycle after sale till possession of the flat
- Issue of Allotment Letter and providing relevant project documents to Client
- Review and Approval of Agreement for Sale
- Executing Agreement for Sale with Client and facilitating Stamp Duty Payment and Registration
- Interacting with Client at various stages including Booking, Agreement for Sale and Registration, Demand Letter processing and Handover of Keys to Client
- Collections towards the purchase, registering the flat and co-ordination with banks for loan disbursements.
- Grievance handling and keeping the customer updated on construction status of the project is an integral part of the role.
- Interdepartmental co-ordination for seamless process and hassle free transaction for the customer.
- Managing Referral program with the existing customers
- Ensure outstanding customer satisfaction by maintaining strong working relationships.
- Competencies/ Key attributes
- Knowledge of Excel
- Team player
- Good communication skills

Experience : Fresher

Qualification : Fresher/ Any graduate

Salary - 2.4lpa to 3lpa

Mode of Interview - Face-to-Face round

Note

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
