**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a dynamic and persuasive Telecaller to join our team at Magic Leads T. The role involves connecting with potential customers, handling inbound and outbound calls, and converting leads into scheduled site visits for our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Contact potential and existing customers to promote services.
- Effectively communicate and build relationships with customers.
- Follow up on leads provided and schedule site visits.
- Maintain a database of customer interactions and details.
- Coordinate with the sales team to achieve company goals.

**Required Skills**:

- Proficiency in **English**, **Hindi**, and **Telugu**.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and phone etiquette is an advantage.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of a **Bachelor’s degree**; MBA preferred.
- Education is mandatory for this position.
