**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Communicate with customers via phone and chat
- Provide prompt and knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with existing clients
- Create and implement service strategies and develop customer retention programs
- Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
- Data entry in various platforms
- Monitor customer feedback regularly to identify areas of improvement in our services and provide feedback to relevant teams and departments.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in business development, sales, or any field where charisma is a superpower.
- Persuasive communication skills and strong presentation skills with a commitment to excellent customer service
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills, including ability to quickly build rapport with clients.
- Soft skills such as patience, adaptability, and empathy
- Familiarity with or the ability to quickly learn about customer relationship management (CRM) platforms, inventory databases, and fulfillment software

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
