Answer a high volume of calls and maintain a rapid response rate according to agreed standards.
- Keep follow up for not approved reports.
- To explain Laboratory policy to patients & clients
- To keep patients and clients updated for any break down, repeat sample requirement etc. which causes delay in report
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, supervisors and the general public. Perform reception duties in and efficient, professional and courteous manner
- To ensure a smooth patient report information system

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
