**Looking for Associate Operations.**

**Location
- Noida Sector -142**
- Ensuring service levels are met, access and quality standards are upheld, by meeting agreed targets and timescales
- Accurately complete all logs on CRM/other tools and update necessary data sheets and coding all customer interactions in line with business requirements
- Working closely with colleagues and team members to share information, make new suggestions, and provide feedback surrounding customers’ needs, concerns and issues to the Customer Service Management team.
- Maintain the minimum agreed British Council quality standards on each customer interaction.

**Minimum/essential**
- _Knowledge of IELTS process will be an advantage._

**Role specific skills.**
- _Proficient in English Communication Skills._
- _Knowledge of customer service principles and practices(Voice, E Mails & Chats related)_
- _Good Computer (MS office) and keyboard handling skills._

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)

- Noida, Uttar Pradesh (required)

Ability to Relocate:
