Job Title: Operations Associate

Location: Noida

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹23,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Operations Associate to join our team in Noida. This role is ideal for recent graduates who are eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in day-to-day operational activities to ensure smooth business processes.
  • Coordinate with different departments for seamless execution of tasks.
  • Maintain and update records, reports, and documentation accurately.
  • Identify and escalate operational issues to the concerned department.
  • Support the team in planning and process improvements.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree (non-technical preferred).
  • Experience: Freshers or recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
