Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic HR Associate to support the HR team in managing day-to-day HR operations. This role will primarily focus on HR administration, employee support, and compliance coordination, ensuring smooth execution of HR processes and employee lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Operations & Administration

  • Maintain and update employee records, HRIS, and documentation.
  • Assist in preparing offer letters, contracts, and HR correspondence.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure seamless transitions.
  • Coordinate attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs.
  • Assist in statutory compliance by maintaining accurate records and supporting audits.
  • Manage vendor coordination related to HR services.

Employee Engagement & Support

  • Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and grievances, escalating where necessary.
  • Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, events, and HR communications.
  • Provide support in policy implementation and HR best practices.
  • Contribute to building a positive, transparent, and compliant workplace culture.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1- 2 years of experience in HR operations, payroll, or administration (internship/fresher experience acceptable).
  • Basic understanding of HR processes, labour laws, and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HRIS/Payroll systems is preferred.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Willing to do night shifts
