Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic HR Associate to support the HR team in managing day-to-day HR operations. This role will primarily focus on HR administration, employee support, and compliance coordination, ensuring smooth execution of HR processes and employee lifecycle management.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Operations & Administration
- Maintain and update employee records, HRIS, and documentation.
- Assist in preparing offer letters, contracts, and HR correspondence.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure seamless transitions.
- Coordinate attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs.
- Assist in statutory compliance by maintaining accurate records and supporting audits.
- Manage vendor coordination related to HR services.
Employee Engagement & Support
- Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and grievances, escalating where necessary.
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, events, and HR communications.
- Provide support in policy implementation and HR best practices.
- Contribute to building a positive, transparent, and compliant workplace culture.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1- 2 years of experience in HR operations, payroll, or administration (internship/fresher experience acceptable).
- Basic understanding of HR processes, labour laws, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HRIS/Payroll systems is preferred.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Willing to do night shifts
