**1.Managing Operations dashboard to maintain booked online consultations SLAs**

**2.Managing Ticketing dashboard to close users queries on time with proper resolution**
**3.Communicating with doctors and users on call in terms of operations management**
**4.Monitoring Quality Management System for doctor consultations**
**5.Ensuring pending requests getting confirmed within the TAT**
**6.Take ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution**
- **Key Requirements,**_
- **Business Development, Relationship building, Process oriented, Decision making**:

- **Should have very good communication skills in Hindi and English**:

- **Minimum 2 yrs experience in healthcare industry will be an added advantage**:

- **Prior experience in the Teleconsultations department would be an added advantage.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
