Front Office Executive

A hotel Front Office Executive is responsible for managing the hotel's front desk, handling guest interactions, and ensuring a smooth and efficient operation. They are the first point of contact for guests, handling check-ins, check-outs, and providing general information about the hotel. This role also involves managing reservations, answering phone calls, and handling guest inquiries and complaints. Key Responsibilities:
- **Guest Relations**:
- Greeting and welcoming guests.
- Providing excellent customer service and addressing guest needs.
- Handling guest complaints and resolving issues.
- **Front Desk Operations**:
- Checking guests in and out.
- Managing reservations and bookings.
- Handling cash transactions and payments.
- **Administrative Tasks**:
- Answering phone calls and taking messages.
- Managing mail and packages.
- Scheduling appointments and managing the front desk.
- **Other Duties**:
- Making restaurant reservations or booking transportation for guests.
- Assisting with luggage.
- Maintaining accurate records of guest information and transactions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset and a passion for providing exceptional service.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with a calm and professional demeanor.
- Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures.
- Fluency in English and potentially other languages.
- Computer proficiency, including experience with hotel management software.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
