**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- **Alignment of channel partners, generate site visits**:
- **Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and economic factors affecting the retail real estate industry.**:
- **Conduct regular market research to identify opportunities, pricing trends, and potential risks.**:
- **Identify and cultivate prospective clients through various channels, including networking events, referrals, and online platforms.**:
- **Understand the needs and preferences of clients through thorough consultations. Provide guidance on market conditions, pricing, and property options.**:
- **Lead generation**:
- **Assist clients in making offers and guide them through the negotiation process.**
**Required skills / abilities**
- **Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).**:
- **Good presentation skills**:
- **Strong business acumen**:
- **Problem solving & critical thinking**:
- **Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi)**:
- **Analytical**:
- **Strong negotiation and communication skills**:
- **MS Office familiarity**
