**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain a high level of product quality by adhering to company standards and procedures
- Monitor production process and identify areas of improvement
- Assist in the development and implementation of new processes and process improvements
- Train and mentor new employees on proper process and procedure
- Ensure that all safety regulations are being followed
- Investigate and resolve process and quality issues in a timely manner
- Generate reports detailing process performance and quality metrics
- Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operation of the production process
- Liaise with upper management to provide updates on process changes and improvements
- Participate in root cause analysis for process and quality issues
- Develop and implement process control plans
- Perform regular audits of the production process

**Job Requirements**:

- 12th Science or related field for Textiles Industry
- 0-8 years experience in process improvement, process engineering, or a similar role
- Working knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean, and other process improvement methodologies
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to lead and motivate teams

**Job Type**: Regular / Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Process Supervisor: 1 year (preferred)
