**Job Role - **Property Advisor

**Location - **Noida

**Salary - **Up To 5 LPA

**Working Days - **6 Days

**Responsibilities**:
1. Convert leads and prospects into closed sales, providing personalized attention and persistent follow-up for optimal service.

2. Offer sales assistance to clients seeking to purchase real estate properties according to their needs.

3. Achieve assigned sales targets by acquiring new customers and fostering growth with existing ones.

4. Deliver pre-sales and post-sales support to clients.

5. Upsell new real estate investment opportunities.

6. Cultivate and sustain client relationships to ensure ongoing business.

7. Identify and capitalize on business opportunities to drive profitable sales volumes.

8. Act as a liaison between clients and builders, ensuring updated information on services, pricing, and new project launches.

**Requirements**:

- A graduate degree.
- Minimum of 2 years of real estate sales experience.
- Proficiency in receiving inbound calls from clients inquiring about new residential projects.
- Ability to initiate outbound calls to follow up on previous inquiries.
- Strong CRM documentation skills, with the ability to set reminders for lead follow-ups.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
