**As a Senior Sales Representative at NovaNest Advisors Private Limited, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team, playing a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our business. You will be responsible for facilitating property transactions and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. Your primary focus will be on generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals in the competitive real estate market.**

**Responsibilities**:
**1. Generate leads through various channels including cold calling, networking, and marketing efforts.**

**2. Conduct market research to identify potential properties and clients.**

**3. Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, providing expert guidance throughout the process.**

**4. Conduct property viewings and consultations to understand clients' needs and preferences.**

**5. Negotiate contracts and terms of sale or lease agreements to ensure favorable outcomes for both parties.**

**6. Stay updated on market trends, property values, and legal requirements to provide accurate information to clients.**

**7. Maintain a database of clients, properties, and transactions for future reference and follow-up.**

**8. Collaborate with other team members, including brokers, agents, and marketing professionals, to achieve sales targets and enhance the company's reputation.**

**9. Attend networking events, conferences, and workshops to expand your professional network and knowledge base.**

**10. Uphold the company's values and standards of professionalism in all interactions with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.**

**Requirements**:
**1. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry.**

**2. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.**

**3. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.**

**4. Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for sales and customer service.**

**5. Knowledge of local real estate laws, regulations, and market trends.**

**6. Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools is a plus.**

**7. Valid real estate license or willingness to obtain one.**

**8. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.**
