From leasing commercial office space tolarge MNCs, and startups; warehousing space to logistics companies and storagecompanies; to helping in purchasing residential homes, finding land fordeveloping and arranging for funding for developers – the company is engagedwith real estate clients in every aspect. TeamMember Role: Corporate Real Estate Transaction WhatWould the Work Entail: Demonstrate strong business development activities through networking, industry seminars and other sources.Reach out & follow up with the fastest -growing corporate companies and secure business.Proactively engage with key decision makers of potential clients to understand and analyze the possible commercial office space requirement.Should be able to assess client requirements and serve promptly to maximize closure opportunities.Build and maintain excellent relationships.Pool details of the property concerning coordinates and details of land/property owner and conduct site inspections.Assess client requirements, initiate & maintain client interactions, provide inputs on pricing, and participate in proposal discussions.Ensuring optimum client service delivery and engagement - calls, meetings, site visits, presentations, follow -up, and accurate & timely submission of company proposals to prospective clientele and overall governance during the execution phase.Negotiations: should be able to get the deal closure by negotiating fair terms between buyer and sellerDocumentation: Understand the deal and get actively involved in the due diligence process and documentation thereafter Your Attributes: Self -Starter, resourceful, confident, well -organized, highly dependable, efficient, and detail -orientedPassion, integrity, critical thinking / analytical skills, agility/flexibility, a continuous learning mindsetExcellent organization skills, ability to independently prioritize multiple tasks and work to deadlinesExcellent written and verbal communication skills enabling the development of good relationships with both clients and colleagues.Proficient in MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint)  What you can expect from us We ensure that you fulfill your fullpotential and become the best version of yourself at Address Advisors, the moststable organization in the real estate industry.
