You will manage and optimize our network systems, focusing on Sophos firewalls and server setup. Your role involves ensuring secure and reliable connectivity, supporting network infrastructure, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design, implement, and manage network infrastructure.
- Configure and maintain Sophos firewalls.
- Set up and manage servers and related hardware/software.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot network issues.
- Monitor network security and implement protective measures.
- Maintain network documentation and plan upgrades.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience with Sophos firewalls and server setup.
- Certifications like CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNA, or Sophos preferred.
- Proficiency in networking concepts, server OS (Windows/Linux), and diagnostic tools.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
