**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Tender Management**:

- Manage and oversee the preparation, submission, and follow-up of tender documents for drone technology solutions.
- Interpret tender requirements, review tender documentation, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Coordinate the internal team (technical, sales, legal) to prepare and submit accurate and competitive tenders on time.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all tender-related activities.
- **Bid Preparation and Proposal Development**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather technical specifications, cost estimates, and other relevant information for bid submissions.
- Draft high-quality technical and commercial proposals tailored to client needs.
- Ensure proposals are aligned with client expectations, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
- **Tender Strategy**:

- Conduct market research to identify potential tenders and business opportunities in the drone technology sector.
- Assist in formulating tender strategies and recommend improvements for future tenders based on feedback and trends.
- **Client Liaison and Communication**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the tender process, ensuring clear communication and timely responses to queries.
- Attend pre-bid meetings, site visits, and other related activities to ensure full understanding of project requirements.
- **Documentation and Compliance**:

- Ensure that all tender submissions meet legal and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and follow up on tender progress, ensuring deadlines are met, and all relevant documentation is submitted.
- **Post-Tender Activities**:

- Support the negotiation and contract finalization processes after tender award.
- Maintain a feedback loop with internal teams to continuously improve the tender process.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
