**Job Title: Tender Executive (GeM Operations), Location: Changodar, Ahmedabad**

**Experience : 1 to 3 Years**

**Role Overview**:
Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for government procurement? As a Tender Executive specializing in GeM portal operations, you will play a pivotal role in managing tender processes and ensuring seamless compliance with government guidelines. This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your expertise and make a tangible impact within a dynamic and supportive team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the entire lifecycle of tenders on the GeM portal, from bid preparation to submission and follow-ups. Analyze tender requirements to ensure all documentation meets legal and technical specifications.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather accurate data and create compelling bid proposals.
- Maintain organized records of tender submissions, updates, and outcomes.
- Foster relationships with government and client stakeholders to enhance business opportunities.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field. Proven expertise in GeM portal operations and tender documentation. Strong analytical abilities and excellent organizational skills. Proficiency in communication and negotiation techniques. Knowledge of government procurement policies is advantageous.
- 13 years of relevant experience in tender management, with a focus on GeM operations.
