About us:
Job Description for a Customer Service Role

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle outbound/inbound calls for international sales.
- Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions and product packages.
- Achieve monthly sales and retention targets.
- Manage customer objections and resolve queries with confidence and empathy.
- Provide a high-quality customer experience that encourages repeat business.
- Collaborate with the team to meet overall campaign performance goals.
- Stay updated with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings.

**Requirements**:

- HSC with Minimum 1 year of experience in International BPO Sales/ Retention /Collection.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Must be comfortable working from the office.
- Immediate Joiner.

Shift Timings: 11 PM to 8 AM (Fixed Shift)

1 Rotational Off

Job Location: Andheri, Mumbai

**Job Type**: Full Time

Remuneration**:CTC (Fixed 3,00,000 to 4,20,000 + Shift Allowances + Incentives)**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Night shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
