**JOB DESCRIPTION - SR. SALES EXECUTIVE/ SALES REPRESENTATIVE/ FIELD SALES**

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
1- **Market Research & Lead Generation**
- Conduct thorough market research to identify and assess customer needs.
- Proactively seek new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.

2- **Client Engagement & Relationship Management**
- Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients to understand their immediate and future requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive long-term business growth.

3- **Sales Presentations & Documentation**
- Prepare and deliver impactful presentations on products and services to prospective clients.
- Develop and submit comprehensive **Request for Proposal (RFP)** and **tender documents**, covering both technical and financial aspects.

4- **Sales Reporting & Inventory Management**
- Generate regular reports and reviews with sales and financial data to track performance.
- Ensure stock availability for sales demonstrations and client requirements.

5- **Deal Negotiation & Customer Support**
- Negotiate and close sales deals while effectively handling customer concerns or objections.
- Address client queries and provide solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.

6- **Call Targets & Performance Metrics**
- Maintain a minimum of **12-15 calls per day** to drive business development and meet sales objectives.

7- **Collaboration & Feedback Integration**
- Work closely with internal teams to achieve sales targets and improve processes.
- Collect customer feedback and share insights with relevant teams to enhance products and services.
