Job Title: Sales Executive/Asst Manager - Pune & Mumbai

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Manager to join our team in Pune &

within the manufacturing sector, and a strong emphasis on working through channels

and dealer networks. The role involves working across Maharashtra, targeting industries

such as Cold Rooms, Industrial, Pharma, among others.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets within the

designated territory, focusing on channel and dealer networks.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through effective channel

development aligned with the company's objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients,

dealers, and channel partners.
- Understand client needs and provide appropriate product solutions through the

channel network.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely

delivery.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to the Sales Director.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- Proven track record (4-6 years) in sales, emphasizing channel and dealer

network management, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
- Sound knowledge of the Maharashtra market and industries such as Cold Room,

Industrial, Pharma, etc.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Additional Details:

- Location: Pune & Mumbai
- Gender Preference: Male
- Compensation: ₹ 4 lacs per annum + Performance Incentives
- Benefits: We offer flexibility, freedom, on-time monetary benefits, a fixed salary,

and attractive incentives.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:
