What You'll Do
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients and generate sales leads.
- Update CRM systems with lead and customer information.
- Assist in maintaining strong relationships with existing clients through regular follow-ups.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products/services.
- Work closely with sales and customer success teams to align on targets and objectives.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software or willingness to learn.
- Basic knowledge of sales and marketing principles is a plus.
- A passion for customer service and relationship building.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher, Internship

Pay: ₹11,383.64 - ₹19,000.00 per month
