**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, addressing queries and concerns promptly.
- Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions or services.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Follow up with customers for feedback and to maintain ongoing engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, service) to meet customer needs.
- Assist in resolving any product or service-related issues faced by customers.
- Upsell or cross-sell additional products or services when appropriate.
- Prepare regular reports on customer interactions, feedback, and concerns.
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems.

**Required Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for service.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM).
- Good organizational and time management skills.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
