**Responsibilities**:
**Content Creation and Curation**:

- Develop engaging and shareable content across various social media platforms.
- Curate relevant industry content to share with the audience.
- Ensure brand consistency in all posts and communications.

**Social Media Management**:

- Manage and grow our social media profiles and presence, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.

**Community Engagement**:

- Foster and maintain relationships with our online community.
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Identify opportunities for community engagement and initiate relevant discussions.

**Campaign Development**:

- Plan and execute social media campaigns aligned with marketing strategies.
- Track, measure, and analyze the success of campaigns using analytics tools.

**Social Media Advertising**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement paid social media advertising campaigns.
- Optimize ad performance based on data and insights.

**Analytics and Reporting**:

- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Generate reports showcasing key performance indicators and provide actionable insights.

**Stay Updated on Industry Trends**:

- Stay informed about the latest trends, technologies, and tools in social media marketing.
- Recommend and implement new strategies to enhance our social media presence.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
- Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Social media marketing: 1 year (required)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Digital marketing (required)

Ability to Commute:

- Kandivali, Mumbai, Maharashtra (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Kandivali, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Relocate before starting work (required)
