**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Develop and execute social media strategies**: Align social media campaigns with overall marketing goals and brand identity.
- **Content creation and curation**:

- Plan and create engaging social media content (text, images, videos) across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).
- Curate relevant industry news and share it with followers.
- Monitor and respond to social media mentions and comments promptly and professionally.
- **Community management**:

- Build and grow online communities by engaging with followers, responding to inquiries, and fostering meaningful conversations.
- Identify and address potential brand crises or negative sentiment.
- **Social media advertising**:

- Plan and execute paid social media campaigns (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads) to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads.
- Track and analyze campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize budgets accordingly.
- **Social media analytics and reporting**:

- Track key metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, website traffic, conversions) and generate regular reports on social media performance.
- Analyze data to identify trends, identify areas for improvement, and optimize future campaigns.
- **Stay up-to-date on social media trends**:

- Research and stay informed about the latest social media trends, best practices, and platform updates.
- Explore new social media platforms and their potential for brand growth.
- **Collaborate with other teams**:

- Work closely with the marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and integrated campaigns.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in social media marketing or a related field.
- **Skills**:

- **Excellent written and verbal communication skills**:

- **Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms**:

- **Proficiency in social media management tools**:

- **Experience with social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads)**:

- **Strong analytical and data interpretation skills**:

- **Creative problem-solving and critical thinking abilities**:

- **Ability to work independently and as part of a team**:

- **Strong attention to detail and organizational skills**:

- **Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva) is a plus**

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Social media marketing: 1 year (required)
