**1. Academic Coordination**

Ensure the curriculum is implemented effectively and aligns with educational standards and school policies.

Monitor lesson plans and teaching methodologies to ensure quality instruction.

Organize training and professional development for teachers.

Conduct classroom observations to provide feedback and support teachers in their instructional practices.

**2. Administrative Responsibilities**

Develop and maintain the school timetable, including teacher assignments and schedules.

Manage school events, examinations, and academic calendars.

Coordinate the preparation and distribution of progress reports, attendance records, and other academic documentation.

Handle admissions, ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new students and parents.

**3. Communication and Collaboration**

Act as a liaison between teachers, students, parents, and the school administration.

Address and resolve issues raised by staff, parents, or students.

Organize and lead regular staff meetings to ensure alignment on school goals and policies.

Represent the school in meetings with external organizations or education boards.

**4. Student Support and Discipline**

Ensure a safe, inclusive, and conducive learning environment for students.

Oversee student behavior management, including discipline and conflict resolution.

Monitor and support student progress, addressing any academic or personal concerns.

Coordinate with counselors or special education staff to address individual needs.

**5. Event Planning and Extracurricular Activities**

Plan and manage co-curricular and extracurricular activities, such as sports events, cultural programs, and competitions.

Ensure events align with the school's vision and provide enriching experiences for students.

Facilitate student participation in inter-school or regional competitions.

**6. Policy Implementation and Quality Assurance**

Ensure compliance with government and educational board regulations.

Monitor the implementation of school policies and make recommendations for improvement.

Conduct regular audits and reviews of school practices to maintain quality standards.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement among staff and students.

**7. Resource Management**

Oversee the allocation of resources such as classrooms, learning materials, and equipment.

Monitor the use of technology and recommend upgrades to support teaching and learning.

Ensure the maintenance of school infrastructure and facilities.

**8. Crisis Management**

Handle emergencies or unexpected situations effectively and calmly.

Develop contingency plans for events like health issues, accidents, or natural disasters.

Ensure the school follows proper safety protocols.
