- Roles and responsibilities:
Roles

1. Educator: Teach dance techniques, choreography, and performance skills across various styles such as ballet, jazz, hip-hop, contemporary, or cultural dances.

2. Mentor: Inspire and guide students, encouraging creativity, self-expression, and confidence.

3. Performer/Choreographer: Create original dance routines for performances, competitions, or recitals.

4. Facilitator: Provide a safe and inclusive learning environment where students can explore movement and teamwork.

5. Event Organizer: Coordinate and oversee performances, showcases, and other school events involving dance.

6. Cultural Ambassador: Introduce students to diverse dance styles, histories, and cultural traditions.

Teaching and Instruction
- Develop and implement lesson plans tailored to students' age, skill level, and interests.
- Demonstrate proper dance techniques and ensure students understand and practice them safely.
- Provide constructive feedback to help students improve their skills.
- Adapt lessons for students with varying physical or learning abilities.

Choreography and Creativity
- Design engaging choreography for school events, productions, or competitions.
- Foster students' creative skills by encouraging them to contribute to choreography and improvisation.

Classroom Management
- Maintain discipline and focus during lessons while encouraging a fun and engaging atmosphere.
- Ensure all students feel included and valued in the class.
- Monitor attendance and participation.

Health and Safety
- Teach proper warm-up, stretching, and cool-down exercises to prevent injuries.
- Be attentive to students' physical and emotional well-being.
- Enforce safety guidelines for all dance activities.

Administrative Duties
- Maintain records of students' progress and achievements.
- Communicate regularly with parents, guardians, and school administrators about students' performance and event details.
- Manage schedules and budgets for costumes, props, and stage setups.

Event Coordination
- Plan and execute dance recitals, school performances, and participation in local or national competitions.
- Collaborate with other staff, such as music teachers, theatre directors, or athletic coaches, for interdisciplinary projects.

Professional Development
- Stay updated on new dance trends, teaching methods, and educational standards.
- Attend workshops, conferences, and training sessions to enhance teaching and choreography skills.

Education:
Any Degree with Additional certification courses on dances

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
