**Responsibilities**:

- Provide leadership and direction to the secondary school division, including middle and high school grades, to ensure alignment with the school's mission, vision, and goals.
- Collaborate with teachers, department heads, and curriculum coordinators to develop and implement a challenging and comprehensive curriculum that meets academic standards and promotes student success.
- Oversee the scheduling of classes, exams, and activities to optimize instructional time and resources and ensure a balanced and equitable distribution of courses and teaching assignments.
- Coordinate the recruitment, hiring, and professional development of secondary school faculty and staff, including mentoring, training, and performance evaluation.
- Support the implementation of effective teaching practices, instructional strategies, and assessment methods to enhance student learning and achievement.
- Monitor student progress, attendance, and behavior, and collaborate with teachers and support staff to provide interventions and support services as needed.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among students, parents, teachers, and administrators to promote a positive school culture and a sense of community.
- Oversee the administration of standardized tests, assessments, and examinations, and analyze data to evaluate student performance and inform instructional decision-making.
- Coordinate extracurricular activities, clubs, and events to enrich the secondary school experience and promote student engagement, leadership, and personal development.
- Ensure compliance with relevant education laws, regulations, and accreditation standards, and maintain accurate records and documentation as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Master's degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or related field. Doctorate degree preferred.
- Valid administrative certification/license.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in educational leadership, preferably in a secondary school setting.
- Strong understanding of secondary education principles, practices, and trends.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities, solve problems, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with curriculum development, instructional supervision, and assessment practices.
- Knowledge of technology tools and resources for educational administration and communication.
- Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, and the ability to promote a positive and inclusive school culture.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
