**About the role**:

- Enhance customer service by supporting projects and day-to-day operations.
- Partner with various teams to deliver exceptional service and foster strong relationships.
- Maintain data accuracy and champion best practises within your team.
- Contribute expertise to our internal practises and systems.
- Drive continuous improvements and support your team in achieving our strategic objectives.

**The experience we're looking for**:

- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage tasks efficiently, especially under tight deadlines.
- Experienced in collaborating with individuals at all levels and driving process enhancements.
- Basic understanding of supply chain dynamics and the role of an analyst.
- Skilled in SAP and Excel, leveraging these tools to support data integrity and decision-making.
- Proactive in taking ownership of tasks to completion, demonstrating initiative and adaptability.
