You will lead efforts to establish security standards and conduct site-level cybersecurity assessments for our manufacturing environments at Baker Hughes.

As an OT Cybersecurity Architect, you will be responsible for:

- Understanding and driving relevant OT cybersecurity standards
- Identifying, supporting, and communicating with relevant stakeholders to ensure all business groups are aligned on efforts
- Creating network diagrams, solution reference architectures, and implementation recommendations for 100+ manufacturing sites globally
- Developing close working relationships with IT and Manufacturing leaders to ensure a successful cybersecurity assessment
- Developing and presenting clear business recommendations to continue overall improvement

**Fuel your passion**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have a Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, related field or relevant work experience
- Have a minimum of 8 years of experience in cybersecurity architecture and/or engineering positions
- Have a minimum of 5 years of in program management positions
- Have leadership abilities and adaptability when facing unique challenges encountered to effectively work with individuals in diverse cultures and business environments
- Have the ability to work without regular tasking or direction in completing key tasks and initiatives
- Have executive-level written and oral communication skills
