IT/OT Engineer

Role & responsibilities :
- Design and maintain IT/OT networks for automation systems in GMP environments.
- Integrate PLC, DCS, MES, PI Systems with enterprise IT platforms.
- Implement cybersecurity, patching, backups, and access controls per IT/OT standards.
- Manage Windows servers, VMs, OPC/MQTT communication, VLANs, and firewalls.
- Support validation and documentation (GAMP5, 21 CFR Part 11).
Collaborate with automation, MES, and IT teams for reliable, compliant operations
Skills & Experience
- 812 years in IT/OT integration within Pharma or Life Sciences.
- Experience in IT OT assessment will be beneficial
- Strong understanding of GMP, GxP, and data integrity.
- Knowledge of Aveva PI / OSIsoft PI, SCADA, MES, PLC/DCS, and network security.
- Familiar with ISA/IEC 62443 and GAMP 5 standards.
Preferred Certifications
CCNA / CCNP, Aveva PI, VMware, ISA Cybersecurity, CSV/GAMP5.
